From assisting with front desk support to pitching in at special events, there are many ways you can make a difference in the lives of our guests. Front Desk Assistance

Our front desk is a vital hub of activity. Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., to answer phones, sort mail, and assist guests with questions. If you enjoy connecting with people and offering a welcoming presence, this is a great way to serve.

Special Events Support

A few times each year, The Banquet hosts special events like Project S.O.S., Run for The Banquet, and ChiliFest. Volunteers play an essential role in making these events a success. From setup to guest support, your help ensures everything runs smoothly.

Data Entry Help

Are you comfortable working in Excel? We occasionally need volunteers to compile mailing lists, update addresses, and assist with data organization. Even a basic knowledge of Excel can go a long way in helping us stay connected with our supporters.
