When you sign up to serve a meal at The Banquet, you commit to:

• Covering the cost of the food served for that meal
• Preparing the meal
• Serving the meal
• Helping with light clean up after the meal

Estimated Costs to Sponsor a Meal: 

• Breakfast $350 - $450
• Lunch $600 - $800
• Supper $700 - $1,000
• Banquet West $500 - $600

The cost of milk, cream, sugar, salt and pepper, etc. is not included in the budget for meals.
